What Is a Subscription License?
A subscription license gives your team 30-day rolling access to any course you purchase. Each license covers a set number of seats — one seat equals one learner with their own login and course access.
How It Works
- Choose your course — Browse our catalog and select the course your team needs.
- Select your seats — Pick the number of seats that matches your team size (1, 3, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, or 250 seats).
- Check out securely — Complete your purchase using any major credit or debit card via Shopify Payments.
- Access is provisioned — Each seat holder receives login credentials to our LMS within minutes of purchase.
- Renews automatically — Your license renews every 30 days so your team never loses access. You'll be charged the same rate each cycle.
Managing Your Subscription
- Cancel anytime — Cancel before your renewal date and you won't be charged again. Access continues until the end of your current 30-day period.
- Need more seats? — Simply purchase an additional license with a higher seat count for the same course.
- Questions? — Contact us and we'll help you find the right plan for your organization.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I share one seat with multiple people?
No — each seat is assigned to one individual learner. Sharing credentials violates our terms of service and may result in account suspension.
What happens if I cancel?
Your team retains access through the end of the current 30-day billing period. After that, access is removed.
